Sift flour three times with powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, and baking powder. Place in a bowl and add as much milk as needed to make a very smooth and homogeneous paste. Finally add the melted butter in a double boiler and then pour into small smooth shapes by placing in a moderate oven for about twenty minutes. The muffins are served hot and then start to put in half the butter.
