You have little time to organize an aperitif? So why not speed up everything with a microwave oven? Here's a quick recipe for a delicious appetizer, or dinner with an aperitif, ready in a jiffy! Your shrimp with butter and parsley are a good beginning .. Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
70 gr. butter, 1 clove of garlic, 500 gr. shrimp peeled, Salt and pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.

Preparation:
Melt the butter for about two minutes at full power in a bowl, being careful not to burn. Remove the bowl from microwave and add the finely chopped garlic, salt and black pepper and finally the parsley. As you turn the whole, you thaw the shrimp in the microwave if you did not use fresh shrimp. Once ready, pour over butter and cover. Cook for about 5 or 6 minutes on medium power alta.Mescolate once halfway through cooking and ladciate stand for two minutes before serving.
